Installation Process of Alkaline Ion Water Machines at Customers’ Homes
At the customer’s residence, the Technical team from Kim Long Phát carries out the machine installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair, ensuring the following 7 steps: Installation Procedure for Alkaline Ion Water Machines during the Covid Pandemic
Step 1: Our technical staff arrives at the customer’s home for installation, maintenance, and service. They have undergone a negative test result (within 72 hours), temperature check, and vaccination to ensure absolute safety for the customer.
Step 2: Thoroughly disinfect and sanitize the entire body before wearing protective gear.
Step 3: Our technician will wear specialized protective gear as per the regulations of the Ministry of Health. Protective gear will be used once per home and not reused. Specialized eyewear will be cleaned using pH 2.5 disinfectant water.
Step 4: Spray pH 2.5 disinfectant water on the hydrogen water and gas generator, portable hydrogen water generator, alkaline ion water machine, pre-filter unit, and accompanying items during installation. Apply the disinfectant to hands before entering the customer’s home.
Step 5: Maintain a distance throughout the installation process (minimum 2 meters).
Step 6: After completing installation, use specialized tools containing pH 2.5 acidic water to disinfect the entire installation area.
Step 7: Maintain distance and instruct the customer on machine usage before handing over the machine, ensuring absolute safety for the customer.
Step 8: Upon completion of work and leaving the customer’s home, our technician will discard gloves, masks, clothing, and headgear into designated trash bins, ensuring safety and preventing contamination.
