[24h News] Kim Long Phat Group Joint Stock Company and H2Factory INC. Japan signed an Exclusive Distribution arrangement and Grand-opening a warranty center.

On July 26, 2022, at Kim Long Phat Group Joint Stock Company, a signing ceremony of cooperation between Kim Long Phat and H2Factory INC took place.

The two partners have officially signed an exclusive agreement to distribute Hydrogen-rich water and gas generating products Lourdes Hydrofix and Bambi throughout Vietnam and Asia. Along with the Signing ceremony, the Opening ceremony of the warranty center for the hydrogen-rich gas and water generation products in Asia was successfully signed. The solemn ceremony was inaugurated at 09:00 am on July 26, 2022, at 220 Road III, Khang Dien Residential, Phuoc Long B Ward, Thu Duc City.

Officially established a cooperation relationship in 2020, Kim Long Phat Corp and H2Factory INC. have had a length of time to unite and construct effective exchange strategies through online platforms due to the obstacle of the pandemic during the 2 years of partnership.  

Until now, as the market has gradually recovered and stabilized, the two partners have decided to meet in Vietnam to sign a direct cooperation agreement, confirming the long-term cooperation relationship and opening up many opportunities for the two companies to collaborate in other potential fields. 

During the signing ceremony, H2Factory INC. officially signed a cooperation agreement authorizing Kim Long Phat Corporate to directly import and exclusively distribute Hydro Lourdes Hydrofix (Superior Edition) water & gas generator products, Bambi portable hydrogen water generator products as well as other product accessories and components in Vietnam and Asia. 

The signing ceremony was attended by representatives of Kim Long Phat Group Joint Stock Company: Mr. To Van Truc, General Director, Mr. Pham Ngoc Anh, Chief Executive Director, Mr. Huynh Thanh Xuan, Marketing Director, and Ms. Pham Bui Cam Doan, Commercial Director. 

On the side of H2Factory INC., there was Mr. Kazuhiro Taguchi – General Director, and Mr. Satoshi Yamamoto – Head of the Technical Department.
